Koa arrived with nothing but potential. No name, no voice, no visual identity. We took ownership of all of it.
We started with the name — something that felt clean, organic, and globally portable. Then we built the brand language from the ground up: the tone, the positioning, the lines that would carry the product into new markets. The packaging followed, then the ad campaigns, then the launch strategy across Europe, Japan, and England.
Three distinct markets. One coherent story. The kind of work that only lands when strategy, copy, and design are genuinely speaking the same language.
